1. The rented material must be returned intact, any damage or breakages must be paid according to the shop price lists

2. During the term of the contract, the rental item may be exchanged for equipment of equal value. Replacement is also possible with equipment of a different category and value, with a charge for the difference in price for a higher category, but no refund is available for equipment of a lower category.

3. Rental equipment must be paid for up to and including the day of return. Return is expected on the evening of the rental end date. If returned the following day after 9:00 a.m., an additional payment for the entire day will be required.

4. Early termination of the rental agreement is possible by returning the equipment without the lessee having any right to a refund.

 

Insurance:

Rented equipment can be covered for breakage, theft, and loss by adding 15% of the rental amount.

(In this case, 75% of the cost is borne by the lessor and the remaining 25% by the lessee for all categories).
